A mobile business owner is not comparing repair quotes the way a fleet manager does. If the truck is apart, there is no revenue at all, so the question is never only what the work costs. Cleanable interior surfaces after a repair reaches through the wall

Specialty vehicles carry surface requirements that ordinary vans do not. A food prep area needs smooth, non absorbent, cleanable material with sealed seams. A clinical space needs wipeable surfaces with no open substrate. A grooming van has a permanent wet zone around the tub. When collision damage reaches through the exterior skin into the interior wall, closing it back up with bare luan is not a repair, it is a failed inspection waiting to happen.

So the interior side is part of the estimate from the start. We rebuild the wall structure, then finish the interior face in the material the space actually requires, typically FRP wall panel or stainless in a prep area, with sealed joints and coved transitions at the floor rather than a butt joint that traps water and debris.

We repair the body, the structure and the surfaces. We do not certify anything. Your health inspector, your equipment supplier and your certifying agency sign off on the finished space, and we will document what was rebuilt and with what material so that conversation goes quickly.

Serving windows, counters, racks and equipment mounting

The serving window is the part of a mobile business that gets used a hundred times a day and gets ignored until it fails. Frames rack out of square after a low speed hit or years of flexing, at which point the sash binds in the track, the latch will not reach and the seal stops touching, so rain and dust come in overnight. Straightening or replacing the frame comes before any glass or seal work, because a new seal on a twisted frame lasts a month.

Fold down counters, service shelves, awning arms and display panels fail at their mounting first. A hinge tears out, a support bracket cracks at the weld, or a fastener pulls through a panel that never had backing structure behind it. The repair is fabrication: proper backing plates, correctly sized hardware and load spread into framing instead of into a skin.

The same principle covers equipment. A dryer, an espresso machine, a shelving system, an equipment rack or a lift mounting all need real structure behind the fasteners. We build that structure. We do not service the equipment itself.

Wraps, hand lettering and getting your brand back exactly

For most mobile businesses the graphics are the business. The phone number, the booking link, the artwork and the color are how a customer recognizes you at a market or a curb, so a repaired panel that does not match reads as a different truck.

Two things make this go well. First, photograph and measure the existing layout before anything comes apart, because a wrap that is reinstalled by eye is never quite where it was. Second, treat the refinish as the foundation for the film: a wrap laid over a panel that was not properly prepared will lift at the edge within a season. We prepare and refinish the surface, and we coordinate removal and reinstallation timing with your wrap provider so the vehicle is not sitting between two shops.

For hand painted signage and vintage lettering, matching is a paint problem rather than a print problem, and we spray out and check against the original before committing to the panel.

Where the work happens and what we do not do

Every repair is performed in shop at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda. We do not offer mobile service, we do not repair vehicles at commissaries, markets or event sites, and there is no second location. From West Covina the drive is about 22 miles, roughly 30 to 45 minutes, generally the 10 or the 60 west to the 57 south and then the 91 east to Imperial Highway.

The scope is body, structure, fiberglass, panel, glass, interior surfaces, mounting and finish. We do not service propane systems, cooking equipment, refrigeration, medical devices, water heaters or generators on a specialty build, and we do not issue any certification. If your unit needs an inspection to go back into service, that inspection comes from your county or your equipment provider after we are done.

Bring the vehicle emptied of stock and personal equipment where possible. It shortens intake, it protects your inventory, and it lets the estimator get to the areas that actually matter.
