Privacy Policy
Effective July 28, 2026
Short answer. We collect only what you send us through the quote form or the booklet request, plus standard analytics if you accept cookies. We use it to answer your request. We do not sell personal information. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.
What we collect and why
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the vehicle type you select, an insurance claim number if you enter one, and whatever you write in the message field. We also record which page you were on and any campaign parameters in the address bar, so we know how you found us.
That information exists for one purpose, which is answering your request. We use it to call or email you back, to prepare an estimate, and to communicate with your insurance carrier if you have asked us to handle a claim.
If you request the insurance booklet through the popup we collect the same contact fields for the same reason.
- Contact details you type into a form
- Vehicle type and description of the damage
- Insurance claim number if you supply one
- The page you submitted from and any campaign parameters
- Standard web analytics, only if you accept cookies
Cookies and analytics
This site loads no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. Google Consent Mode is set to deny all seven storage signals by default. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor that and nothing loads.
The consent banner does not appear until you have scrolled or a few seconds have passed. That is deliberate. It keeps the banner from interfering with the page and from becoming the largest element on first paint.
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
We do use service providers to run the site. Email delivery for form submissions runs through a transactional email provider. The site is hosted on a commercial hosting platform. Analytics, if you consent, runs through Google. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
If you ask us to work with your insurance carrier, we will share the vehicle and damage information necessary to process the claim. That is the point of the request.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while the inquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterward so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Records tied to a completed repair are kept as part of the business record for that job.
Analytics data follows the retention setting configured in the analytics platform.
Your rights and how to use them
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, but the opt out link is on the site anyway so the choice is always available.
To exercise any of these rights, email us or call the shop and say so plainly. We will verify that the request is coming from you before acting on it, usually by matching the contact details to an existing inquiry.
We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. Declining cookies does not change how we handle your vehicle.
Children
This site is directed at vehicle owners and fleet operators. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where the change affects how we handle information you already gave us, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
Ready to get a written estimate
We write estimates at the shop and bill your carrier direct. 30 to 45 minutes from West Covina on the 57 and the 91.
