Bundled Service Specials
Six bundled service packages that combine related work into one visit and one setup, reducing duplicated labor.
Short answer. OCRV Center groups related jobs into six bundled packages so West Covina owners pay for one setup instead of several. Bundling a roof reseal with slide seals, or paint correction with decal work, removes duplicate teardown, masking and access labor that you would otherwise pay for twice.

Why bundling saves you money on these vehicles
On an RV, a large share of any invoice is access labor. Getting to the roof. Masking a forty foot body. Pulling an interior panel to reach a wire run. Removing a slide room to service what is behind it. That labor gets charged once per setup, not once per task.
So two jobs done on separate visits cost you the access labor twice. The same two jobs done together cost it once. On roof and sealing work in particular, the difference is substantial, because the setup to safely work a coach roof is most of the job on any single small item.
The packages below exist for that reason. Each one groups work that shares a setup, a masking operation, a teardown or a booth cycle. Every package is still priced from a written estimate on your specific vehicle, and the savings come from labor that is not duplicated rather than from any reduction in the standard of the work performed.
Package one: the roof and seal package
Full roof inspection and moisture mapping, lap sealant removal and replacement at every penetration, termination bar reseal, roof vent and fan gasket service, AC shroud gasket replacement, skylight inspection and reseal, and a roof recoat in the appropriate material for your membrane type.
Bought individually, each of those items carries its own roof access setup, its own fall protection staging and its own cleanup. Bundled, you pay for one. This is the single highest value bundle we offer because roof access is expensive and because sealing failures do not happen one at a time. If one bead has shrunk in inland sun, they all have.
Best scheduled in late winter or early spring, before summer heat starts cycling the new sealant and before the spring rush fills the calendar.
Package two: the slide out service package
Mechanism inspection and adjustment on Schwintek, Lippert In Wall, Power Gear, BAL Accu Slide or hydraulic systems, full seal replacement covering wiper, bulb and D seals, slide topper inspection or replacement, floor and ramp inspection under the room, drive component lubrication and controller sync verification.
Slides come apart once for this work. Whether you replace one seal or the entire set, the room has to be operated, supported and accessed the same way. Doing seals, mechanism service and topper together in one teardown avoids paying that access labor two or three times over a couple of years.
It also catches the failure that turns a cheap job into an expensive one. A wiper seal that has taken a set lets water track down the wall cavity, and that path ends at the slide floor. Finding it during a seal service is a repair. Finding it two years later is a slide room rebuild.
Package three: the exterior appearance package
Heavy oxidation removal and gelcoat buff, multi stage paint correction, decal removal and replacement or new graphics application, headlight restoration, and ceramic coating on the corrected surfaces.
These all share one thing: the body has to be washed, decontaminated, masked and staged. On a coach that is a significant amount of labor before anyone touches a polisher. Bundling means you pay for that preparation once.
Sequence also matters here, which is the other reason to bundle. Correcting paint after new decals go on risks the decal edges. Applying ceramic coating before correction wastes the coating. Doing these as separate visits in the wrong order costs you the work twice, and we see that constantly on vehicles that come from elsewhere.
Package four: the pre trip readiness package
Full systems walk covering 12 volt and 120 volt operation, converter and inverter function, generator start and load test, LP system leak check, furnace and water heater operation, refrigerator cooling verification, plumbing and tank check, awning operation, slide operation, leveling system function, and a written report of everything found.
This is the package for the owner who is planning a long trip and does not want to discover a failure at a campsite in the eastern Sierra. Individually, each of those checks would carry its own setup and diagnostic minimum. Together they run as one systematic pass through the vehicle.
Anything found gets quoted separately and is yours to authorize or decline. The point of the package is to find problems while you are still in Southern California with a shop available, not to generate work.
Package five: the storage recovery package
For a unit that has been sitting: full wash and exterior decontamination, roof and seal inspection, moisture survey of floors and walls, battery load test and charging system check, generator service after long idle including fuel system inspection, LP system check, plumbing sanitize and leak check, tire condition and age assessment, and appliance operation verification.
Vehicles that sit fail differently from vehicles that run. Fuel goes off in a generator carburetor. Batteries sulfate. Seals dry and take a set. Rodents find wire runs. Roof sealant shrinks without anyone watching it. Attacking all of that as one systematic recovery pass is far cheaper than discovering the items one at a time over six months.
This is a common package for owners who bought a used unit, inherited one, or parked a coach through a couple of seasons and want to know what they are actually dealing with before committing to a trip.
Package six: the interior refresh package
Flooring replacement in LVT, vinyl, carpet or tile with subfloor inspection and repair where needed, cabinet repair or refacing, countertop replacement, upholstery and furniture work, wall panel and headliner repair, and hardware replacement throughout.
Interior work is the clearest case for bundling because so much of it is sequential access. Flooring goes in after furniture comes out. Cabinets are easier to reface with the counters off. Wall panels are easier with the trim already removed. Doing these separately means removing and reinstalling the same components several times.
It also lets us design the result as one thing. A new floor next to old upholstery and dated cabinet fronts usually makes the rest look worse rather than better, and owners who do it piecemeal often end up redoing earlier stages.
How the packages are priced and scheduled
Every package is quoted from a written estimate on your specific vehicle. Size, construction, membrane type, mechanism type, condition and parts availability all move the number, so there is no single figure that applies across a teardrop and a forty five foot coach.
The savings come from labor that is not duplicated: one roof setup instead of four, one masking operation instead of three, one slide teardown instead of two. We show the bundled labor on the estimate so you can see where the reduction is rather than taking our word for it.
Packages can be modified. If your roof sealant is sound but your vents are failing, we scale the roof package accordingly. Nothing here is a fixed menu item you have to buy whole.
Booking ahead matters for the seasonal ones. Roof and seal work fills up in spring. Pre trip readiness fills up in late spring and early summer. Storage recovery is easiest to schedule in winter. Call (949) 799-3387 or email info@ocrvcenter.com to get on the calendar.
Questions we get asked
How much do the bundled packages cost
There is no fixed price, because the same package on a nineteen foot travel trailer and a forty five foot diesel pusher are entirely different amounts of work. Every package is quoted from a written estimate on your vehicle, and the estimate shows where bundled labor reduces the total compared with the same items done separately. Call (949) 799-3387 to arrange a visit and get the written number.
Can I take only part of a package
Yes. Packages are groupings, not fixed menu items. If your roof membrane is sound but your vent gaskets are failing, we scope the roof package down to what you actually need. The bundling benefit scales with how much shares a setup, so a smaller package saves less, but nothing forces you to buy work your vehicle does not need.
Which package should I start with if I just bought a used RV
The storage recovery package, almost always. A used unit that has been sitting has a predictable set of problems: dried seals, shrunken roof sealant, sulfated batteries, stale fuel in the generator, and possibly rodent damage in a wire run. That package finds all of it in one systematic pass and gives you a written picture before you commit money to cosmetic work.
When is the best time of year to book the roof and seal package
Late winter or early spring, February through April. New sealant benefits from curing before it faces a full inland summer of heat cycling, and the spring calendar fills fast as owners prepare for travel season. Booking in the off season also means better parts availability on vents, fans and skylights, which run short in early summer.
Does bundling change the quality of the work
No. The savings are entirely in access, masking, teardown and setup labor that would otherwise be performed multiple times. Every operation inside a package is performed to the same standard it would be as a standalone job, with the same documentation and the same quality check before delivery. Nothing is abbreviated to fit a package.
Can bundled work be billed to an insurance claim
Only the portion that the claim actually covers. If a wind event tore your awning and also damaged roof sealant, that part is claim work. Adding a full roof recoat and a slide seal service on top is owner elected maintenance, and it gets quoted and authorized separately. We keep those lines clearly separated on the paperwork so there is never confusion about what the carrier paid for.
