Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026
Short answer. This site is informational. Prices shown are planning ranges, not quotes. Nothing here creates a repair agreement. The repair order you sign at the shop is the agreement, and it governs the work, the deposits and the payment terms.
This site is informational, not an offer
Everything published on ocrv.xyz is provided to help you understand what a repair involves and roughly what it costs. Ranges are planning figures based on typical work on typical vehicles. They are not quotes and they do not bind either party.
The number that matters is the written estimate produced on your specific vehicle after inspection, and the repair order you sign authorizing work. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed repair order, the repair order controls.
Estimates, authorization and payment
Collision estimates are written at the shop. Estimates for systems work carry a charge that is credited against an authorized repair, as does diagnostic time. Those policies are stated on the prices page.
Work begins only after you authorize it. On larger jobs a deposit is required at authorization and a further draw is required when special order parts arrive. Special order parts are ordered against a non refundable deposit because they cannot be returned.
Final balance is due at pickup. No vehicle leaves the property until the job is paid in full. A percentage surcharge applies to card payments above a threshold, which is a pass through of merchant processing fees on high ticket work.
Insurance work
When a carrier is paying, we bill the carrier direct where the carrier permits it. Insurance billed work may be billed at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from posted retail rates. The scope of work does not change.
You remain responsible for your deductible and for any amount the carrier declines to cover. We will tell you before the work happens if something is likely to fall outside coverage.
Naming a carrier anywhere on this site describes our claim handling experience. It is not a statement of affiliation, endorsement or agency.
Scope of what we do
We perform body, paint, fiberglass, structural, roof, slide out, awning, interior, electrical, plumbing, appliance, fabrication and detail work in shop.
We do not offer mobile service, roadside service or fleet route service. All work is performed at the Yorba Linda facility. On commercial trucks, buses and municipal fleet vehicles our scope is body, paint, structural, glass, equipment install and graphics. We do not perform engine, drivetrain or DOT inspection work on those vehicles.
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout and photography on this site belong to OCRV Center. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a reasonable excerpt with attribution. Wholesale copying of pages is not permitted.
Manufacturer and carrier names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we service and the claims we handle.
Limits
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not represent that every figure or technical description applies to your specific vehicle. Model years differ, builders change suppliers, and a repair method that suits one construction is wrong for another.
Use this site as background. Use the written estimate and the conversation with the shop as the basis for any decision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The shop operates under California Bureau of Automotive Repair license ARD00288521.
Ready to get a written estimate
We write estimates at the shop and bill your carrier direct. 30 to 45 minutes from West Covina on the 57 and the 91.
