Our position, stated plainly

OCRV Center does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

This page is here because the right to opt out should be visible whether or not a business is exercising the practice. You should not have to take our word for it and then go hunting for a link.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site detects it and treats it as an opt out automatically. No analytics or advertising storage is set, the consent banner does not appear, and the choice is recorded.

You do not need to click anything for that to take effect. It happens on page load.

Turning off analytics manually

If you are not sending a Global Privacy Control signal and you simply want analytics off, use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer and choose Decline. Nothing analytical loads and the site works exactly the same.

By default, before you make any choice, all seven Google consent signals are set to denied. Nothing loads until you actively accept.

Requesting deletion instead

If you have already sent us a quote request and want that information removed rather than simply stopping future collection, call the shop or email us and ask for deletion.

We will verify the request is coming from you by matching it to the inquiry on file, then delete what we hold, subject to any record we are required to keep as part of a completed repair.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you, and we may still verify your identity directly before acting.
