Every dollar figure on this site is a planning range or a posted rate. A range describes what similar work typically costs on a typical vehicle. It is not a quote, it is not an offer, and it does not account for what a teardown will find on your specific unit.

Posted labor rates are retail rates. Insurance billed jobs may be billed at carrier negotiated rates that differ from them.

Insurance carrier references

Carrier names appear on this site to show the range of claim experience the shop has. OCRV Center is an independent repair facility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting as an agent of any insurance company.

Under California law the vehicle owner chooses the repair facility. An insurer may recommend a shop. It may not require one.

Manufacturer and brand references

Manufacturer, coach builder and component brand names appear on this site to describe the vehicles and systems we work on. OCRV Center is not an authorized dealer of, affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Reviews and figures

Where this site refers to a five star review count, that count belongs to OCRV Center and reflects reviews left on third party platforms. We publish a count rather than an average and we do not emit an aggregate rating in structured data.

Facility size, founding year and scope figures describe OCRV Center at the Yorba Linda location.

Location

OCRV Center operates from 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, California. This site is written for owners and operators in West Covina and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley, which is the market the shop serves.

Serving a market is not the same as having an address in it. There is no West Covina location. Customers drive to Yorba Linda, roughly twenty two miles, and all work is performed there.

Scope

All work is performed in shop. There is no mobile service, no roadside service and no fleet route service.

On commercial trucks, buses and municipal fleet vehicles the scope is body, paint, structural, fiberglass, glass, equipment install and graphics. Engine, drivetrain and DOT inspection work is not performed on those vehicles.
