Short answer. We publish the count of five star reviews, 200+ and growing, rather than an average. Averages are easy to manipulate. Go read the profiles yourself, both the good and the critical, and judge from there.
Two shops in town would not even look at our coach because it would not fit inside. OCRV took it, wrote the estimate the same afternoon, and told us up front that the sidewall would open up bigger than it looked. It did. They photographed everything and the supplement went through without a fight.

2017 Class A gas coach
Our fifth wheel got backed into at the storage lot and the rear cap was cracked in three places. I expected a patch job. What I got was a cap replacement with the framing behind it repaired first, and a paint blend that I honestly cannot find in daylight. Worth the drive out from South Hills.

The slide had been stuck out for a month and a mobile guy told me it needed a new motor. OCRV found the rail had lost sync and the room had dropped because a seal had been leaking into the floor. They fixed the actual problem. The motor was fine the whole time.

We run six box trucks and a dock strike put one down. They measured the frame, rebuilt the rear sill, reset the lift gate mounting and had it back on the road faster than I planned for. They also told me straight that they do not do the engine side, which I appreciated more than a yes would have.

Santa Ana winds shredded our awning and pulled the rail partly out of the wall. I did not realize that turned it into a sidewall repair. They explained it, showed me the damage with the fabric off, and did the wall properly instead of just screwing the rail back in. Second season now, still tight.

Soft spot by the dinette that I ignored for two years. Big mistake. They mapped the moisture, found the leak at a window frame, and rebuilt subfloor over a much larger area than I hoped. Painful invoice, but they showed me the wet plywood and I understood exactly what I was paying for.

My Sprinter conversion took a hit on the sliding door side. They repaired the track, replaced the roller and latch, and matched the paint on a silver metallic that I was sure would never blend. It blends. The estimator also caught that the impact had tweaked the rear step mount.

Generator would start then die after thirty seconds. Two other places quoted a replacement. OCRV put it on a load bank, traced it to fuel delivery and a gummed carburetor circuit from sitting, and fixed it for a fraction of a new set. They charged the diagnostic hour and credited it against the repair.
