The Numbers Behind the Shop

Short answer. Numbers instead of adjectives. Facility size, how far the scope of work actually reaches, how many distinct vehicle types come through, and how much of our pricing is published openly rather than hidden behind a phone call.

Every discipline under one roof

A single RV collision job routinely crosses structural, composite, refinish, sealing, interior and electrical work. Split across three vendors, that becomes three estimates, three parts waits and a fragmented insurance file. Here it is one work order and the vehicle never leaves the property. On a claim carrying a supplement, that consolidation often halves the total time from drop off to pickup.

The building actually fits your vehicle

Full length Class A coaches, Super C units, forty foot fifth wheels, box trucks with lift gates and shuttle buses all go inside. Refinish happens in booths sized for coach length work rather than in sections. If a shop tells you it will paint your motorhome outdoors, it is telling you the finish will carry contamination and the blend will be judged under whatever the sky is doing that day.

Composite repaired to sound laminate

The most common failure we inherit from other shops is filler over live delamination. Ground, filled, painted, and the failed core still sitting behind it. It looks right for a season, then the bubble returns larger. Our sequence removes failed core back to sound laminate, replaces it with material correct for that construction, and vacuum bonds the skin flat under controlled pressure.

Structure gets measured, not eyeballed

Frame rails, crossmembers, A frame tongues, fifth wheel pin boxes and commercial chassis rails get compared against specification before any cosmetic work begins. A trailer that looks straight can sit a half inch out at the A frame, which is enough to make it track wrong and scrub tires on a long run. That does not show on a walk around and it will not fix itself.

Supplements written to be approved

A supplement with photographs at scale, logged moisture readings, part numbers and defensible labor times gets approved in days. A vague narrative sits for weeks. We write for the adjuster who has never seen the vehicle, because that is who reads it. It reduces cycle time and reduces the odds that a legitimate structural or sealing operation gets denied on the file.

Straight answers, including the unwelcome ones

If teardown is likely to triple the estimate, you hear it before authorizing. If the unit is near total loss, you hear it as soon as we can see it. If you want cosmetic cover over a structural problem, we decline and explain why. And on commercial vehicles we do not perform engine, drivetrain or DOT inspection work, which we say before you drive out from West Covina rather than after.

Ready to get a written estimate

We write estimates at the shop and bill your carrier direct. 30 to 45 minutes from West Covina on the 57 and the 91.
