Before and After Repair Comparisons

Short answer. Each pair is shot from a marked position at intake and again at delivery. Same lens, same distance, same side. A comparison is only honest if the camera did not move between the two frames.

Job 01

Class A front cap after a low clearance strike

At intake. Front cap cracked through at both windshield corners, upper radius crushed, windshield seal broken and daylight visible at the roof seam.

At delivery. New cap set and bonded, roof seam re-laminated, windshield reset, full front clip refinished and blended into the existing side panels.

Fifth wheel front cap and pin box after a jackknife

At intake. Front cap punched in at the driver side radius, upper deck floor flexing, pin box mount plate distorted and the front wall separated at the corner molding.

At delivery. Pin box plate straightened and reinforced, front wall re-anchored, cap replaced, corner molding and sealant rebuilt, front refinished.

Sidewall delamination pulled and re-laminated

At intake. Bubble running roughly six feet along the street side wall below the awning rail, soft to the touch and growing every time the sun hit it.

At delivery. Wall opened, wet substrate cut back to sound material, new laminate bonded under vacuum, awning rail reset and the panel refinished.

Box truck rear frame after a dock strike

At intake. Rear frame posts pushed forward, roll up door binding in the track, rear sill bent and the body sitting out of square on the chassis.

At delivery. Rear posts pulled and re-squared, sill section replaced, door track realigned, body re-shimmed on the chassis and the rear refinished.

Job 05

Sprinter sliding door and quarter after a parking structure hit

At intake. Sliding door creased across the lower third, center track bent, quarter panel dented back to the wheel arch and the door would not latch.

At delivery. Door skin replaced, center track and roller renewed, quarter repaired and refinished, door adjusted and latching correctly.

Job 06

School bus skirt and wheel well corrosion

At intake. Perforated corrosion along both rocker skirts and around three wheel wells, rub rail lifting and district livery faded off the panel.

At delivery. Corroded sections cut out and replaced with new panel, rub rail re-anchored, seams sealed and both sides refinished to district livery spec.
